Pepco and Martes Sport extend their lease agreements in Włocławek and expand their stores

Newbridge retail park is one of the most popular shopping destinations in Włocławek. The building is filled by 8 tenants. Two of them have just decided to extend the lease agreements for the next years.

And so the Pepco chain store will still be present in the park’s offer. The tenant who has occupied 550 sq m so far has decided not only to extend the lease agreement, but also to expand the premises by an additional 300 sq m. As a result, it will now operate in a store with an area of ​​850 sq m. It is currently one of the largest Pepcos’ store in Poland.

This is not the only one tenant who has decided to extend the lease agreement with Newbridge. The Martes Sport store will also operate in the park over the next years. This is the only sportswear store in this facility. Like Pepco, this brand decided not only to extend the lease agreement, but also to expand the premises by an additional 208 sq m.

Martes is a multi-brand store, in which customers will find several unique sports brands on the local market, including Hi-Tec, Nike Accessories or Elbrus. The brand salon is one of the most visited ones, attracting customers from the whole region.

The Newbridge retail park in Włocławek is a modern commercial facility where customers can find stores from the segment of electronics, fashion and accessories, sport or health and beauty. In addition to Pepco and Martes Sport, Rossmann, Media Expert, KiK, Deichmann and Takko Fashion also have their stores here. The facility is currently 100% commercialized.
